Jack Fincham Arrested for Alleged Drug Driving After Audi TT Crash in Sidcup
Former Love Island winner Jack Fincham has reportedly been arrested following an alleged drug-driving incident involving a crash in Sidcup, South East London. The 35-year-old reality television personality was questioned by police after his Audi TT reportedly mounted a brick wall outside two residential properties.
According to a report published by The Sun on November 3, 2026, the incident happened on September 20. Fincham was allegedly involved in a crash that damaged a brick wall and two trees. Photographs from the scene showed the dark-colored Audi TT resting against the wall, with bricks scattered across the pavement.
A witness described hearing the crash and rushing outside to see what had happened. She reportedly found the vehicle positioned between two walls, with its airbags deployed and oil spread across the area.
The witness claimed Fincham attempted to reverse the vehicle but was unable to move it because its wheels were no longer properly on the ground. She also alleged that he appeared unsteady after getting out of the car.
According to the account, a neighbour took the car keys, while Fincham reportedly walked away from the scene before returning briefly to collect belongings from the boot.
Jack Fincham Questioned by Police After the Crash
Fincham was reportedly arrested near the crash location after police arrived. A source close to the television personality confirmed that he was interviewed at a police station on October 26.
However, the report stated that he had not been charged in connection with the alleged incident at the time of publication.
The crash also affected residents living in the properties bordering the damaged wall. One homeowner reportedly said Fincham apologised for what happened and offered to cover the £2,000 repair cost.
The incident has attracted additional attention because Fincham was already subject to a driving ban that was expected to remain in place until the end of 2029.
Previous Driving Offences and Sobriety Update
The reported arrest is not the first time Fincham has faced driving-related legal issues. In 2023, he received a 36-month driving ban following offences involving drug driving, careless driving, driving without insurance and displaying false number plates on the A2 in Kent.
In March 2024, he was also given an additional 12-month ban for driving under the influence of drugs.
A source close to Fincham said he had been sober and drug-free since the night of the September crash. The source also explained that he had been working to improve his life and had expressed remorse directly to the people affected by the incident.
Fincham first became widely recognised in 2018 after winning the fourth series of Love Island alongside Dani Dyer. The couple became one of the show’s most recognisable pairs before separating approximately eight months after leaving the villa.
For now, questions remain about the police investigation and whether any formal charges will follow. The reported arrest should not be treated as a conviction, and Fincham has not been reported as charged in connection with this particular incident.
